Dcn. Greylin Vallejo

Dcn. Greylin Vallejo was unanimously appointed President of the New York State Chaplain Task Force in November 2023, following the plan of succession set forth by our Founder, Dr. Marcos A. Miranda. As a founding member who has faithfully served in various roles, including Senior Vice President, she brings a wealth of experience from the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Greylin has dedicated over 20 years to the NYC Department of Education and is an ordained deacon, further demonstrating her commitment to community service and spiritual care.

In her role as President & CEO, Greylin oversees the organization's operations and strategic direction, ensuring that our mission to provide high-quality spiritual and emotional support continues to grow and thrive. Her leadership and vision are instrumental in maintaining the organization's integrity and effectiveness. Greylin's dedication to the Task Force and her extensive experience make her a pivotal figure in guiding the organization towards new heights.
